Community Garage Sales

Your community allows two community garage sales per year. Spring garage sale on the third Saturday of May and a Fall garage sale on the third Saturday of October. Each homeowner is responsible for setting everything up at your home (yard or garage), thank you.

Buildings, Patio Covers and Other Structures

One of the issues the HOA Board is confronted with on a regular basis is the question surrounding adding buildings, patio covers and other structures. There are strict guidelines in place. Each homeowner should have a copy of these guidelines. Briefly:

Only one storage building per lot – must be in back of dwelling.

Building cannot exceed 8 feet high, 8 feet wide and 8 feet long.

Building cannot extend more than 2 feet above the 6 feet wood fence.

Building floor  cannot be higher than 4 inches above ground.

Exterior of such building and roof must match the original roof and exterior colors.

Building is for storage only and may not be occupied by a person or persons.

Building may not be visible from the street and may not be located within any easements of the Lot.

Heavy Trash Pickup Day

Heavy trash pickup is the second Wednesday of every month.

Please do not put trash out two or three weeks ahead of time. It is okay a day or so before but please do not leave trash items out too early. If you are unsure of what constitutes “Heavy Trash” you can call Sunbelt FWSD (281)272-9577 during regular business hours and they can give you that information. Let’s keep our neighborhood clean! Thank you for your cooperation.


Sterling Association Services, Inc.

As most of our residents know by now, we contracted with Sterling Association Services in June 2014 as our community management association. As the Board, we hope each individual homeowner is satisfied with the services they have provided over the course of this past year. The Board of Directors are pleased to announce we have contracted the Sterling Association Services Inc. Management Group of Houston to manage the daily affairs of Breen Community Association, Inc.

Their office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They have a Community Specialist on call seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day for your EMERGENCY NEEDS.

SASI’s office will work under the direction of the Board of Directors on all issues concerning the community such as the billing and collecting of annual maintenance fees. They will also supervise the work of various contract services performed for the community. Additionally, the Community Specialist will perform an inspection of the community for deed restriction violations.

They are here to assist in protecting property values and to support in making the community a pleasant neighborhood in which to live.
