The BreenCA Board for Woodland Oaks 5 and 6 will be judging the decorated houses in our neighborhood on Wed, Oct 28th 2026.
All you need to do is decorate your house for Halloween and keep your lights and decorations on Halloween night for judging!! If the weather does not cooperate, we might do judging the weekend before, but we’ll let everyone know if that happens.
Prizes will be: 1st – $200 Visa gift card
2nd – $150 Visa gift card
3rd – $100 Visa gift card
All prizes come with a yard sign for bragging rights too!
The next Breen Community Association Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 6:30 PM.
Due to a last-minute scheduling conflict with our usual meeting space, this meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
